Throughout the world danish designers are known for their craftmanship, functionality, high quality materials and iconic designs.

This mid century modern and iconic copper ceiling light by Jo Hammerborg for Fog Morup, Denmark 1966 is no exception.

Copper, orange inner lacquer, black outer lacquer and of course a white plastic diffuser .... it doesn’t get more danish modern than this.

Fully original and hard to tell whether it’s been kept in a box or actually been in use for a short period. Normally the colors are faded to some certain extent but not in this case. The white diffuser is still completely white and no melt spots or cracks as you usually see to the thin plastic diffuser. Overall in a close to mint condition.

Light source: E27 / E26 edison screw fitting max 60W. Comes with new black wiring.

Size: 24cm / 9.4” wide and 15cm / 5.9” high.
