Super rare orange lacquered stool by Nanna Ditzel
€2,200.00
Only 1 available
One of Denmarks great female designers of all time Nanna Ditzel. She made this stool with OD Møbler and Domus Danica in 1969.
Due to the costs of production and the oil crisis in 1973 the numbers produced where very low.
It’s part of a series with both chairs, stools and tables and is highly sought after around the world.
Prior to this production Nanna Ditzel did mainly furnitures by using wood. In 1968 she moved to London where everything was “allowed” and she might have gotten inspired by this new world of design.
Excellent condition with new high gloss original orange lacquer made by our professional painter.
The stool is oval shaped and a very contemporary design.
Size: 44cm / 17.3” high, 45cm / 17.7” deep and 60cm / 23.6” wide.
