One of the most iconic lighting designs from 60s and 70s Denmark is this table lamp: Panthella.

The Panthella is a real Verner Panton creation and was manudactured by Louis Poulsen in the 1970s.

The lamp has a tulip shaped base and stem and a half sphered shade in white acrylic. The lamp is designed to ensure a non glare reading light as well as a soft room light.

Besides a small hairline crack to the base (see close up of the base foot) the table lamp is in a stunning condition.

This is a light for the modern contemporary home with room for space age design and good functionality.

Light source: E27 / E26 edison screw fitting max 100W. Comes with the original cord with switch attached.
