Simon Henningsen was more or less born to become a designer - his famous father Poul Henningsen the creator of the world known PH lamps.
Built from the best materials and outstanding craftmanship he designed lamps for Tivoli in Copenhagen. His deisgns were expensive and often in brass or silver with colorful inner cores.
The lamp was named "kassablanka" which in danish means "shinning box". That is a very accurate description for the four interlocking cubes with outcuts thst allows only indirect light to emerge.
The lamp has been restored beautifully and rewired.
A real collectors item.
Condition: very few age related signs.
